WebSpark GPT is able to understand queries and provide answers in many languages, and the quality of the automatic translations is very good, but it is not guaranteed to be an official translation of your website content.

Our team configures your custom chatbot using 3 sources of knowledge: content we scrape quarterly from your website, your actual live website, and custom instructions (prompts).
Note that images and multimedia files are not included in the scrape; only the text is extracted from your webpages.
WebSpark GPT may have to be retrained should there be major changes to your website content.

To ensure your chatbot is responsive and reliable we only scrape text from the web pages in your website, for a combined total of no more than 100MB.

However, as part of the WebSpark GPT service we also perform a scrape of your website to generate a sitemap and save the content to separate PDF file(s) that are used to train your chatbot.
